Refunds
We can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If the event you have booked for is rescheduled and you don't want to attend the new date then you will be given a full refund. If the event is cancelled then you will be given a full refund.
Fulfillment/
shipping
Our website only manages online bookings, once you have booked you will receive an email confirmation, this is all you need. Nothing physical will be shipped.
Terms and conditions
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
If paying a deposit the balance is due on the door at the event.
You are responsible for ensuring you are purchasing for the event / date you need
